GENERAL HEALTH: 2-3 oz of the liquid twice a day, swishing it around in our mouth for about a minute before swallowing
HAIR: We use a spray bottle to spray the liquid and massage into our scalp after the shower to promote healthy scalp + hair follicles
SKINCARE: Apply the gel to face + neck am/pm to support smooth, clear skin and aging gracefully
SEX: Apply the gel ‘down there’ before sex to promote blood flow. I apply 3x in 5 minutes and OH MAN, it works!
FASTER HEALING: Apply the gel to any area of the body that needs more blood flow or healing support — cuts, scars, cellulite.
